88 camry wagon radio installation

i have an 88 camry wagon i purchased a cd player and i am trying to install it but i cannot take the panel off.

i checked install dr but their guide only covers the regular panel, but the wagon has a different panel with no visible screws and extended to the steering wheel to incorporate the rear wiper button

any ideas on how to remove the panel without taking the whole dash apart?

its a right hand drive if thats any help
