Ignition Question

So we did the spark plugs/wires/cap/rotor tonight..just got finished actually. I don't think the plugs have ever been done they were pretty bad..anyways.
So we go for a little drive just now..and notice that when stopped at the lights the veichle is idling quite rough..almost like it is gonna die out..but then drives away fine.
Then I shut it off..went to start up again and it died once..then turned over.
Could this be somthing as simple as the cap or rotor arent tight enough..or one of the wires isn't on tight enough?

99 LS 4x4..replaced with NGK plats and MSD wires.

Change air filter, check fuel filter, make sure that all sparks and wires are inserted correctly. Try to change the Knock sensor and see what happens.

Re: Ignition Question

Did you put the wires on right? It is a common mistake to put 1 and 3 in the wrong spot on the cap.

New issue.
Haven't checked anything yet, just woke up to take the GF to work..and I got a orange light on the dash in the top left coronor..looks like the motor symbol. Obviosuly that isn't good.
If we had misplaced one of the wires would this cause that light?
Im startin to freak out a little now.
That is the same guide we used Blazee..but like I said we haven't checked yet.

So after a week of running rough we finally got it figured out.
One of the spark plugs we put it..was faulty. Had to have been from the package..or got cracked when putting it in.
the rear one on the passangers side. Replaced it. Engine is running smoother then it ever has.
