Hummer H2 Project (Full Full Full Custom)

Hey guys its been a while since I last posted. I've been away from my cars for a while now but i'm back to work.
Ok here is my new project: Hummer H2 SUV
I've already begun. I already took apart the truck completly. Nothing is left including door handles, rear view mirrors, head and taillights, etc.
I already took pictures but my camera's cradle is fu** up. I only took pics of the car taken apart and of the interior which only has 1 coat of paint along with the dash, door panels, hood panel, and center panel.
The colors that im going to use are black and ultramarine.
Here are the other things going on this project:

Ultramarine exterior incomplete
Black & Ultramarine interior complete
Ultramarine Custom System complete
Ultramarine & Chrome Spinners incomplete
Chrome Accerories (door hand, etc) incomplete
Flashing Blue or White Underglow Lights incomplete
Working headlight and tailights incomplete
Height Drop incomplete
TV in dash semi (tv's done but not mounted)
TV in rear semi (tv's done but not mounted)

!!!!!!!!VERY UNLIKELY UNLESS I FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THIS!!!!

SUICIDE DOORS (If you have any suggestions please Help)

Again the pics should be coming soon! (and dont post any of those
"THREAD IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICS" because I know.)

This is the car I'm working on (the Silver Hummer in the back)

Ok finally my pics are up here they are:

This is the hummer's body thing semi stripped of paint.

Here is the Dashboard, center panel, wheel, door panels, and interior.
NOTE: its just a test paint to see how the colors will look. Paint is sloppy so just work with me.

Here are most of the pieces of the car on a glass table.

Here is the door hinge. Can someone make any suggestions to how this can be turned to a suicide door.

Here is the sound system that will go in the trunk.
NOTE: I got it from another car and i had to paint it cut it and put some chrome on the subs.

Re: Hummer H2 Project (Full Full Full Custom)

Don't tell me you used a Sharpie to color the interior.......
And as for the box, it's better to make a custom fit one then to take one out of another car.

you can cut the hinge off and weld it to the other side or make new rivets to make scuicide doors

Welding diecast metal is techinically impossible. Diecast is a white metal which is a mix of various pot metals like tin, lead, and zinc. Attempting to weld anything with zinc or lead is extremely hazardous to your health. Castings usually need to be done with AC TIG but this is not regarding white metal castings. The immediate arc will blow an extremely large whole through it.

Build your own hinge for suicide... you could do it this way... I'm not sure if it would hold the wieght of the door though...
