Question Bad Tranny?

A former buddy of mine got my Silverado stuck in a mud pit, under water for approx 3 minutes. It's a long story. I had the transmission flushed shortly thereafter. Muddy water came out, and I have heard some strange sounds since then.

Anyone have some recommendations as to possible problems/fixes?

Make sure you treat him as a "Former" buddy until he pays for you to get a trans shop to drop the pan and do a complete check, repair and flush if necassary.....
