Arrow '96 jetta 2.0 No start condition, engine doesn't turn over

Guys, I don't know what is up with this car? I have replaced the ignition switch, check the starter, battery and the car still doesn't start. It seems that the electricity doesn't get to the starter and that's way it will not turn over. As I turn the ignition key, I can hear "buzzing" sound coming from the throttle body. Anybody has any idea what could cause this problem? Please help I am desperate.

Have you tried hitting the starter while cranking the engine?

Im no mechanic, but i had a similar problem.
After driving the car in traffic for about 2 hours it stalled a few times, then finally it wouldnt start back up, no cranking or nothing.

After towing i took a look at it, i checked all the things you did as well, however i believe its the cylanoid (sp), it has a plastic casing over it, anyway i pulled the casing off, and there was 1 wire with a metal connector on the end of it, the wire was not plugged into anything, i found the connection it went to and plugged it in, car started right up.

Might not be your problem, but i would check it out anyway.
