Off Topic Sorry!

Hi not sure if any of you are gear heads but im putting a small block chevy motor into a ford pickup and i need an adapter plate to do it tranny is a ford c-6 transmission i cant find them anywhre but i know they make them anyone know where i could get one?

nisan ive tried the chevy and ford and people around here know me figured it couldnt hurt to ask thx for your valuable imput tho and also you know you responding just brought this post back from the dead if no one woulda responded it woulda been on the second page tomarrow

have u tried searching on the intenet?.. try some salvage yards they might have em or know where to get em.. and last but not least.. call jegs, summitracing... might as well... wouldnt hurt

and why do u want to do that anyway.. just get a chevy pickup.. they are nicer anyway

ive tried local part houses and the internet and jc whitney because im stuck with a 66 ford and have a built 350 laying in a camaro that i dont drive so wanna use the motor instead of building a ford motor too

Yea I would also try some type of "google" type of searches for anything. Well...try the engineering/technicial page within the 'Cars in General' topic on this server. They have always been good in answering questions. Anyways, good luck Ace.
