Need Help CRX Running too rich

I've a 89 CRX with 95 1.5L engine with MOMO air intake manifold and aftermarket header. I've failed emmissions twice. Things that were replaced or cleaned.: New Oxygen sensor, New PCV Valve, New Spark Plugs, New Oil & Filter, Good after market Air cleaner. Good condition injectors. It's still running very rich. Also when the car warms up you get the check engine light. What am I missing? How can I pass emmission. Is it the MOMO Manifold please help? Thanks in adv.

I tried this morining in a hurry and twice got quick repeted blinks of 17. It meant that there is something wrong with the speed sensor. I know that I don't have a speedo cable, but that shouldn't be why the car is running very lean. I'll clr the ecu codes and retry this evening and let u know. Meanwhile any other suggestions?

Re: Need Help CRX Running too rich

OK checked this eve. Confirmed code 17. Double checked spedo cable missing. There r no other codes that light up. Reset the ecu. Ran the engine for about 3000rpm for 3 min checked ecu no new codes. But still running lean. Would a adjustable fuel pressure be the answer?

Re: Need Help CRX Running too rich

just unplug an injector... cuts down fuel consumption greatly

Re: Need Help CRX Running too rich

First you're running rich, now you're running lean. If you are going by what an A/F gauge says, just unplug it and throw it away. And why don't you have a speedo cable? weight reduction? LMAO
