Anyone Know About Upgrades For A 2004 Gt????

I am looking to upgrade some on my 2004 gt. The factory speed limiter is set at 108, kinda wimpy I think.

Would also like to get more power. I don't think a turbo or charger is what I want at this time.

Just looking for a programmer, if they make one. Also, what kind of mufflers can I add to make the car sound better? I like the low rumble, just like my Grand National used to have with flows.
