Question air intake questions

in pure curiosity will a 99 si with an injen cold air intake
beat a gt with coldair intake?

also does it matter what name brand intake you have under the hood?
if so what the best one and how much would you pay for an intake?

i have seen some intakes that look like crap made out of cheap air cleaner and heavy steal piping sell for about 50-80 bucks wtf is up with that ?

Re: air intake questions

Hey poordudewhowantcar...
1st question: gt what?
2nd question: You get what you pay for... I've got my '97 Civic w/AEM CAI w/Bipass valve... It's served me well... never used anything else so I really can't compare it to anything...
I'd say save up, pay for something of quality, and enjoy...Hope this helps...

Re: air intake questions

An intake is an intake, it's all about the quality filter.
