05 gas mileage??

I just replaced my 95 with an 05 (w25k) and can't believe the poor mileage. 19 city and 22 hyway.

I rented an 05 last month and got 28 hyway.
anybody have any ideas?

My '99 SE 24V gets about 18 city and around 22 highway. This is using Minnesota mandated 10% ethanol fuel. The car has 48,000 miles and I use Mobil 1 5w/30. I wish I got better fuel economy, but I don't. People have posted better numbers on the Taurus Car Club of America message boards also. My only explanation is the ethanol in the gasoline.
