99 GC ES 3.8L Park light Fuse Blows when Head light switch is turned to park lights

I have 99 GC 3.8L that just started blowing the fuse in slot 3 rt lamp in interior fuse box when the light switch is turned to park lights spot, I replaced
the fuse and relay and the 40 amp fuse in the box under the hood. I pulled the bulbs from the front and back lamps and still blows. I pulled the instrument panel and checked all the bulbs. I pulled the IOD fuse. I inspected all the wiring that I can get too. The lamps work fine for brake, flashers and blickers. It is the Right Lamp/Instrument panel that will not work. The only things I see left are the light Switch, or maybe the Fasher module.

Any ideals would be helpful.
