2003 CR-V Oil Leak

Aside from the AC problem I have already written about, my 2003 CR-V has been to the Honda Dealership 4 times since April for an oil leak. There are 92000 kms on the vehicle so 'apparently' nothing is covered. I have paid over $400 for '2 different gaskets' to be fixed, yet it has persisted the entire time. The dealership then flushed out the system because of possible carbon deposits, with no success. They have told me they don't know what the problem is and are waiting for Honda Canada to suggest something else. I haven't heard from them in over a week. Any ideas or similar problems?
P.S. I thought engine problems like this would be covered under the 5 year 100 000 km warranty.
