Last night i was bored so i cut the hood off of my v spec 2 and chopped out the stupid half motor and dropped the motor from a saleen speedster in and its like it was made for it. I am going to have to build a firewall for it but thats it.

Re: 5.0 Skyline

if you're talkin about the s281, thats a 4.6, not a 5.0.

Re: 5.0 Skyline

Actually that sounds like a good idea. From my eyes I see the mustang and skyline shares a somewhat similar style appearance wise.

Good luck!

there were several different saleens... the 5.0 and 5.8 for 94-95, the 4.6 and 5.8 from 96-99, and in 2000+ just the 4.6. (i'm not counting pre 94). i believe there was a supercharged version of every engine, but i won't bet on it. i know there is on the 00+ versions.

Re: 5.0 Skyline

Umm... no because i attempted to put a bubble in the middle of the hood and it cracked clean in half.
