oops....

i was driving home from work(at night)....and i stop at this red light. there were two lanes, both had to turn left. so there is this trolley (like a small bus) in the left lane and im in the right. green light, i start to turn, and all of a sudden see like 6 cones in front of me. im like WTF and so is my passenger (friend from work) so i quickly think what to do: 1. go left, get destroyed by trolley 2. go right, into dark grass tree area have no idea whats over there 3. hit cones. so i plow over one cone
(got pretty lucky) then accelerate and go around the trolley wich i guess saw me frolicking about in the cones and slowed to let me back in... it was really funny. i guess the construction crew forgot to block the turn lane i was in. i got bored and drew this picture:

Re: oops....

why couldn't you just stop and wait for the trolley to go past you?

i was going almost 30 and there was traffic right behind me so i just did the easiest thing. cone= rubber= least amount of risk. it only left a small mark on my bumper that i can take off with buffer.

I ran over a cone about a week ago. That kinda thing happens to everyone...well, maybe not everyone, but a few people anyway.
