Replacing heads

are the head from 89 and 93 4.3 the same can I replace just one head I want to used a 89 head on a 93 block I have two 89 heads but one may not be good and I only need one on the 93

I'm not sure if the 89 and 3 4.3L heads are the same, but what you can do is go to any local auto stores like Napa, Autozone or A&A and ask them. They should have programs where they can look at interchangable parts on vehicles.
