Rear windows on 95 mustang won't roll down at all!

MY rear windows on a 95 GT mustang convertible don't roll down at all. the front ones are fine. What could it be?? I don't want to pay alot of money to find out whats wrong with them. So if you have any insight on this problem please let me know.. Thanx
