Task Manager won't load

This kinda sucks. When I hit 'crt-alt-del', this 'Windows Security' window will pop up that has options like shut down, log off, lock computer, etc and task manager. Whenever I click on task manager, the security window will disappear but the task manager window won't load up. So now I can't end programs that are screwing up or running in the background. Any suggestions?

Re: Task Manager won't load

don't know what your problem is but another way to open task manager is 'ctrl'+'shift'+'esc'
hope that works!

Re: Task Manager won't load

Try a system restore to last time it was working. Sometime if you computer does security updates and you have active spyware, you can f*ck the OS. And a million and one other cause/effect problems it could be.
