96 A/C Blower won't shut off

The A/C blower motor will not shut off even with the key removed from the ignition. I'm having to disconnect the connector under the passenger side dash to get it to go off. Has anyone seen this problem before?

I found the problem. The blower module was bad. Replaced it and I'm good to go.
