wierd shaking
I just bought my 94 sentra and it's been doing this weird shaking thing. it's most noticible when i hit a bump in the road or something, but it feels like the tire wobbles or something, i've changed the breaks and gotten new tires. anyone have any ideas on what the problem may be? thanks

it might be because the alignment is way off... that could give the car a "shimmy"... that used to happen in my old acura legend...

yeah i thought about that, but it's more like a tire falling off shake feeling then a shimmy

did you check to make sure the tired was put on correctly... like when you tighten the nuts in a star pattern so it's put on evenly?

sounds like a cv joint.. do you ever hear a click or a poping noise every now and then?? or it might be a really bad wheel bearings. the steering wheel was real gittery before i change passenger side cv joint..

Re: wierd shaking
actually it sounds like a ball joint or wheel bearing
get those checked ASAP because they could cause your wheel to fall off have them check the cv's at the same time, but i doubt its them because they usually dont do that

Re: wierd shaking
It could also be an improperly balanced wheel. Does it shake more at certain speeds than others? Did this start happening before or after you got new tires?
