kicker SOLO X
i've heard a few people that i know talking about Kicker Solo X subs. they said that they are supposed to be some crazy hard hitting subs that push like 5000 watts RMS.
SO whats the deal with these. I figured they were made for major competition. but it would be sweet if i could afford to put one in my car. Just so i could say that i have a 10,000 watt sub. ![]()

L7's are loud, have a weird noise to them, but otherwise arent bad drivers...5kw? peak maybe but im doubting the legitamacy of that. |

Re: kicker SOLO X
fryman whered the L7 comment come from he was talking about the X..
and yeah theyre very loud subs.. not really intended for daily driving but more for SPL comps. although ive heard from several people that theyre actually pretty good sounding woofers if you make a good DD box for them... problem is theyre expensive as hell.. like i think they retail around a grand.. theyre not worth that when you can get an MT for half of that
