Starting problems

Hey you all, would like some help with my 92 prelude.

It doesn't want to start after being parked under the sun on a hot day, turns over, but wont start, suspecting the fuel filter/pump.

I also have that reving problem while idle, but usually only in the winter.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
