My Colorful Interior

This is a photoshopped version of what I want the interior of my 1979 Trans Am to look like. But after looking at it, it seems to have a "toylike" appearance, because of the range of color. What do you guys think? Does it look good, or should I change colors?

thanks for looking,
Jack

Ditch the red, stick with Gold, Green, Black and Chrome. That would look best. From the picture, I can't see whether or not the seats are red naturally or if that is PS'd. But if you are ambitious, I'd change the seat to black on the outside and probably green for that inside stripe part.

On a plus note I really like the Green and Gold, reminds me of my highschool colors, COUGAR PRIDE

i think the seats need to match the floor mats or vise versa...

i think the color variation makes it look "toyish"

The seats are going to be from autocraft vinyl, like this one on Jcwhitney.

The seats in the picture do look bad. They were photoshopped red, and that isn't even the texture i'm using. I'll retouch the color a bit, and repost. My previous link will have been updated, so use that.

Btw Ghetto, what if I changed the seats so they would be still red, but have a slight brown tint like the floor mats. Reddish-Brown Seats?

Re: My Colorful Interior

what color is the dash normally?
i dont know if youve done this before or anything, but if you havent, the dash is a pain in the ass to mess with, and if its black and in good shape, i think that would look good and be much easier

The dash was an ugly tan/brown. It doesn't go good at all.

edit: hey GLittler, heres the interior with the black/green seats + green armrest.
