The turbo tho how many psi can I run without any mods to the motor? I just dont want to put $3,000 into a turbo and the motor wont handle it and blow the motor. I have a friend that has a eclipse with a turbo, he said to run 5-7 psi and it wont hert. But then I talked to a guy that does that stuff for a living and he said it wont hold. Told me you would have to do alot to the motor before it would hold. I seen one supercharger for the 420a motors but now cant find it. I would like the supercharger over the turbo. Do you know of anyone or any sites with superchargers and turbos for the 420a motors. My cars an auto. to will the tranny hold?

thanks

ok go to www.exileracing.com they should have everything you need and all these people that say just turbo it it tell them to go eat shit most people dont have the money for that kinda shit like me exileracing has everything you need power related to the avenger they have coild packs ignition modules racing chips exausts intakes EVERYTHING! and yes they even have turbos that are cheaply priced but best place to go for a turbo for the avenger is hahn if you have a big enogh wallet!

420a motor can take up to 10 psi stock, probably good idea to run slightly less than that tho

At exileracing.com they have a stage one turbo kit for the avenger. The turbo puts out about 5 to 7 psi, and they say you don't need to modify anything else on your engine, although an aftermarket exhaust would be convenient.
