Exclamation All Caprice Classic/estate/brougham Owners! Stop Rust!

Hi again everyone. As many of you may already know I live in Rochester, NY. Here during winters, large amounts of salt are used on our roads to keep the ice and snow away. This however is the killer of many cars, especially on the older, and newer Caprices. Its what killed my father's Caprice. This past winter I hated to see the very little rust under my car grow worse, and closer the the body of the car. I bought a Rust Evader unit in december for my car in hopes of slowing the rust down (despite my neighbor who said it was useless). It worked amazingly well... It stoped the rust dead in its tracks. So far no new rust has shown up on my car, and the rust that's already there isn't getting any worse. This coming winter will be the true test, but I think this will save my car.

The Rust Evader is an electronic unit that sends pulses of electricity using sacrificial anodes (pieces of metal that rot instead of metal on your car) through the body and chassis of the car, stopping electrolosis, thus stopping rust and corrosion. But something must corrode in it's place. Thats where the sacrificial anodes come into play. They corrode instead of you car.

I'm sorry if I sound like an advertisement, but I want to help save whats left of the Caprices out there. I tried this, and it really worked, and I felt like sharing it with you guys. I know many of you hate eBay, but this is where they're selling for a starting bid of $4.99 a unit all from the same seller (no I'm not the one who's selling them), and the price never seems to exceed around $8.50. Give it a shot, yah got nothing ta lose excapt 10 bucks, and it could save your car... even if it's already got significant rust. If anybody gets it, let me know how it works out, and if you have any questions about it just ask.
