I feel useless!
Ever have one of those days when you just feel that you are totally useless. You can’t seem to do or say anything right? Well I’m having one of those today and it really sucks! Whatever I say and do just seems to make things worse.

The fact that you care makes you a really nice person.....If you really were useless,you would never even think about it.

I t's very noble to want to 'fix things' for your friends.....sadly the truth is that occasionally,when you try to help,your 'friends' just dump all of their troubles in your lap.I have learnt from bitter experience,that some people can get addicted to sympathy.When somebody comes to me now,I tell them that I look carefully at what they are saying,smpathise only if they deserve it,and then ask them what THEY intend to do about fixing the problem.The world is a big place,full of unhappy people.I wouldn't grind yourself down trying to fix it for them if they can't make the effort for themselves.
And I still think you are cute, so how about you smile?

Wow 14 posts into a thread that is all Kiwi's and we haven't gone off topic,
 I don' plan on going OT and generally what darkness said is right, there are some you can help, however there are others that can be plain stubborn and don't want help, it has nothing to do with you being useless. Like they say: you win some, you lose some
