Pics of My Ride

I just got it about 10 days ago... and it's pretty much all stock although mods are on the way. It's a 2002 Civic LX

Where do you plan on going with your civic....race? show? What are your first mods? IMO i'd recommend going with I/H/E and lowering the car. Thats just my opinion....good luck with the car and enjoy it.

It's going to be more of a show car probably... there are like NO performance parts right now available for my year so I'm going to do some things of my own with it.

I ordered a shift boot and I'm going to be putting that on sometime next week (should be here by Monday).. I think that will be a really nice touch.

That is a nice touch.....yours is 2002? Get an exhaust system with custom piping for now with an axle back exhaust...also check into getting some rims and wheels for your car.

yeah, its a 2002... and I've been looking at rims and all that but haven't decided on anything.

I'm wanting to get an Apexi WS exhaust system (actually.. I really want a Borla System) but they don't have any applications for a 2k2 Civic... I could custom fit it though, I guess

Maybe bug them with an email and ask them about your options on that, or if they will be making a system for your car anytime soon, which I'd think they would be.

I'm jealous that your's came with white (or the mocha colored) guage faces, and I'm jealous of your steering wheel since I wish mine had a real emblem on it. Anywho, good luck with your car. If you going for show look, I'd say go with "17 rims. Discount Tire Direct has a cool interactive wheel thing where you can see how their line of wheels they offer will look on your car. It's neat, definitely check it out.

Hey bro, I'm in the same boat as you ive got a 02 ex and not many mods yet. We just have to wait a little longer for the companies to catch up. Definately a drop cause our cars are high ass a mofo. rims, cat-back, or the axle-back with the custom pipin'.
Post a pic of that shift boot when you put it in. And install pics too.

Yeah, I'll probably do a step-by step or something and send it off to the Futangklan guy I bought it from.. he hadn't even seen the interior of the 01/02 Civic's until I showed him.

And yeah, I agree... our cars are quite high

You have to slam that thing as low as you can! Don't worry about the tires, the tread will eventually rub off..... Now that I think about it, that 4 door 2002 Civic is starting to look like a Caprice! Yep, and it is 2:48am and I'm the last to leave the forum!
