Define "runs like crap." Does the car seem to miss, is it just sluggish? Ever used fuel injector cleaner? Did it recently start doing this, have you run through a few tanks of gas and it still runs "like crap?" Are you sure the plug wires are on connected correctly? Have you checked the fuel pressure, replaced the fuel filter, and checked the air filter? Maybe your MAF sensor has a film on it (especially likely if you are using an oiled air filter such as a K&N and recently cleaned and re-oiled it). How many miles are on the car? Ever replaced the oxygen sensors? How about the coolant temp sensors?

the car runs sluggish up hills, like it misses. i think it`s electrical, something seems to be breaking down because on the highway it`s runs great.
