1999 sunfire need help
I need some help on this I just got this car and it was misfiring so I changed sparkplugs and it runs better but check engine light still on. I also tryed to change the fuel filter but that was a no go. I got thre inlet side off but when I went to do the other side I could not. I was told to depress the plastic tabs and pull fuel line from it well here is my prob There is no tabs on the outside at all. That end of the fuel fillter is stuck in a metal pipe and I can't get it off. This was a repo car that has been sitting aroung for a while so I figured it would be better to change everything just to be safe. It has 72000 miles on it. Before I changed the spark plugs it had hesitation and I had it tested and they said the code was P0300. I hope someone will be able to help me.

Wow...sounds like a hell of a problem...although I have absloutly no idea how to fix it...someone here will
JBO check in the matinence section...also a great help if you want to know anything else about the J body platform.
