McLaren Paragon question

is the McLaren Paragon always open to the public or do you have to make an apointment??

Also the blue F1 for sale on www.mclarenf1.de where is it?
I contacted them but they say it is at the private seller most of the time. Maybe it will be in the showroom in Idstein Germany in the winter

It my understanding that Paragon or McLaren Technology Centre (to give its correct name) is NOT open to the public at this time.

If however you join their fan club
http://www.mclaren.com/team/team.htm

The magazine has occasional competitions to win a tour of the place. Also Ive heard that the Museum part will be enventually opened to the public (Well selected groups: ie Schools, BRDC members, Mercedes owners clubs etc) But this will include the old race cars and information on the McLaren brand from Bruce through to today. Not a tour of the F1 race bays and Mercedes SLR area.

If you want to write to them

McLaren Technology Centre
Chertsey Road
Woking
Surrey
GU21 4YH
United Kingdom

Phone 01483 261000 (England is +44 if you are not in the UK)
