AMT is doing the 300 C for issue later this year, don't know if it's an SRT-8 or not. The AMT folks are rather clueless when it comes to details. It will not have stock rims, they will be VIP/Dub-style anyway.
In the meantime, Jada/Dub City has this, all I did was add some 1/18 Jag S Type rims:
