Unhappy 97 Park Avenue ultra ,lights flashing

I have a 97 buick we bought it used,we think it is possesed.whenever it rains or you go through slush the lights sart flashing like there is a short,we took it to an electricle shop but they couldnt get it to do it,at the time we took it to them the lights were flickering, all the info quit working, the doors wouldnt lock, the windows wouldnt go down.it sat overnight and by the time they got it in to look at it everything was back working....they kept it for 2 days running it through pudles, hosing it down, but couldnt find the problem. It rained hard last night and the lights took off and started flickering. Is there any sensors that can be bad,and were are they located.the fuse is pulled for the horn because it takes off and starts blowing with out touching it.I think the car must been in a wreckbefore we bought it not sure.any info would be appreciated

It might be a problem with the alarm. when you say lights flash and horn goes off, sounds like the alarm...also do you have remote start?

P.S i also learned...when there is a problem when it rains....it is hard to mimmick this problem when it is not raining...the car needs to be driven, at speed, during the rain to get soaking wet
