Need Help on Sunroof

Well im having problem with my sunroof. I went to the nissan service and they said that i need a Track Assembly and it would cost me $1031. So i said f**k that. Is like paying for a new sunroof. But right now i dont have the money. The motor is ok. But i cant control my sunroof. Somehow a wire or something broke off. If anyone had that kind of problem. Can u tell me what u did. Or if anyone has any advice please let me know. Im afraid to get water inside. i have to push it up and hold it with something to get it close up. So Let me know on anything.

NO!!!!

Hey!!!

DO NOT MOVE THE SUNROOF WITH HAND!!!!

you might damage the motor, which will cost you more..

Just close it, and remember not to open it again until you get money to fix it.

I would advice people over here, if you gonna buy a max, do not buy one with a sunroof, they get junkey after a couple of years.

do you see any car made before 1994 with a working stock sunroof??

Everything you need to know to rebuild your sunroof. The actualy cost of the kit from Nissan is cheap, it's the labor that will get you. Read this liink and see how to do it yourself and save quite a few bucks.
