Well i just got the check from the insurance company today, and it was 2500 bucks for the damages....not even close to the amount i bought it for plus the cost of mods but it's better than nothing....so i'm adding that 2500 to the 5500 i already have saved and i come up with a grand total of 8,000 dollars...hehe...definitely enough to get a new bike but i still don't know which one i should purchase....i have test ridden a GSXR-750 and that was hella fast compared to my old F3 CBR 600...but there are still other options i would like to pursue...anyways vote and give me a reason why...thanks dudes and dudettes...

Re: My CBR Got Owned PT.2
how long have you been riding? i wouldn't recommend jumping on anything too big too soon. keep in mind that the 05 600's are all low 10 second bikes in the 1/4 mile and some can touch 9's.
also if you're considering the zx7r look into an 05 zx6r. the zx7 makes a claimed 122 hp from kawi, the 05 zx6 makes 126 hp(which is why i think they stopped making the zx7.) IMO it'll be easier to toss around a 600 around the track and you're going to pay less in insurance and make more hp in the process. i'd also recommend the gsxr750 because they're great bikes, but they're so damn common.

Re: My CBR Got Owned PT.2
i've been riding 600s for about three years...i had a 1996 kawi zx-6r and then my 1997 Honda CBR 600 F3...so i think i'm either ready for a brand new bike or a little older bigger bike....i dunno i need to do some more test rides...thanks for the input everyone
