Engine whining in 05 stratus

When I get to 71 mph there is a very high pitched whining from the engine compartment. If I get above 75 mph, it goes away. Anyone else experience this problem? What is it?

I think am having the same problem in my 2003 Stratus. It starts at around 65 miles per hour. I have learned that if you crack the window a little, it stops. I took it to my mechanic a couple of days ago. He thinks that something under the hood has moved and it letting air whine through the dash. He took the entire dash apart but it didn't work. He is going to look at it again in a couple of weeks. I will keep you posted!
