computer plug in for my 1990 geo storm

i had just filled my gas tank, drove down the road and my car wouldnt take gas no matter what i did to my gas pedal the check engine light came on and that was it. me and my buddies think it was the timing belt or the fuel pump. (if u agree or disagree let me know) but the question i need help with really bad is where is my computer plug-in on my storm. i thought it was below the steering wheel but i cant find it. i got another friend who has a computer that will tell me whats wrong with my car but we cant find the plug-in if u can help me that would be great
