Question

95 voyager power window problem

I have a 95 voyager se with power rear wing windows. The switches don't seem to supply enough power to open the windows but they do have enough to close them. Do you think the problem is in the switches on the roof console or at the other end with the mechanisms at the window? Any help is greatly deserved. Thanks, Mark
