i am having trouble with my 94 3kgt sl lately it has been smoking white smoke from the exhaust real badly i havent had anyone really investigate but i had two mechanics tell me its either my pistons or headers if anyone has had this problem before please tell me whats wrong with my car thanks

Find new mechanics. White smoke generally means burnt coolant...most likely from a leaking head gasket.
If it has a bluish tint, it would be burnt oil, coming from worn piston rings or valve stem seals.
