intermitent stalling while cruising

I was wondering if anyone knows what to fix or look for on my '91 3.1L V6... The engine shuts off, surges and jerks when I hit a bump, crack or rumble strip like the little reflective squares on the pavement in between the white lines in multiple lanes of traffic.
The car won't sputter or backfire and it idles just fine, it just surges like if someone where toggling a switch ON and OFF on the engine. It will only do it for like a second or so and then keep on running, but if I'm stopping at a light or stop sign for example, it may stall, but it will fire right up at the turn of the key.
Also, where I live they just put some speed bumps and sometimes it dies when I go over them... Sometimes it dies when I switch to reverse as the engine jerks while switching to gear while I pull out of my parking spot. First thing I though about was either a loose wire/connection or a loose/leaking vacuum hose, but I did an inspection throughout the engine and found nothing wrong. I don't think it's fuel related, since the engine won't starve for fuel like when you run out of gas or like when the fuel pump dies, the engine just stops running for a brief moment and then keeps on going.
Could it be moisture forming thru the night on the plenum, so when I hit a bump the water drips down to the intake choking the engine?
If anyone has experienced this, please let me know of the fix. It is intermittent with not defined pattern to the failure- sometimes it runs great all day without a problem.
This is what I've done to the engine so far... the O2 and Crank Sensor were replaced over 2 years ago along with a full engine tune up... (new High Flow CAT and Exhaust, new Spark Plugs & Wires, new Fuel Pump/Filter & Fuel Regulator, new Motor Mounts, etc, etc). Also, the EGR, Throttle and Plenum were cleaned back in November '04. The car started doing this about 2 or 3 months ago and there are no trouble codes by the way!...
