Search around on www.dsmtuners.com in their classifieds. You should know that the cheapest 16g's that I've seen that are in GOOD condition still go for $250+ quite easily.

Actually, I did the searching for you since I was already browsing through the dsmtuners classifieds Here's a couple...

Evo3 16g for $325 - http://www.dsmtuners.com/classifieds...1&cat=7&page=1

16g for $450 - http://www.dsmtuners.com/classifieds...1&cat=7&page=1

Small 16g already ported for $350 - http://www.dsmtuners.com/classifieds...1&cat=7&page=1

I also found one for $250 but the ad said that it was pushing a little oil and had a wee bit of up and down shaft play. I should also note that these are only like the top 3-4 that I picked from classifieds, so there are TONS more but these are just the most recently posted ones.

Shaft play is how much play you have on the turbine wheel up/down/left/right.....I could be wrong.
