So which protien supplement is the best
Sup all i started working out again and am using met-rx rtd 40 ready to drink mix after each workout. Ive never liked protien supplements that you have to mix at home from powders or bars which dehydrated me. Im also under the impression that a liquid form of protien will be absorbed into the body much faster than a solid. The cans are a little more expensive but theyve been working for me.
So post which supplement your using for the benefit of other members and if anyone knows where i can get this stuff wholesale id appreciate it.

im currently using
![]() i forget what the last one i used was but according to the nutrition values it has more protein and less fat then my previous one... and it actually tastes pretty good too i wouldnt say it tastes "good" but you dont have to plug your nose when you drink it... kinda like water, it doesnt taste bad or good.... you can read about it here http://www.nicemuscle.com/100-whey-protein-80595.htm as for how it has worked for me, i have only been on it for about a week so i cant tell if it works any better than my last one |

Re: So which protien supplement is the best
I use "Muscle Milk" from GNC - strawberry and banana flavored. It's so-so (apparently some of the other flavors are much better)
