Boxster 1997 or Honda S2000 Year 2000

Hi,
I am interested in buying a porshe Boxster or a Honda S2000. I don't want to spend more than $20000. I can get each of them for around $17000. The honda says 240 Hps and the Boxster says 200 Hps. I am not sure of the torque. Which one has the fastest acceleration. My main concern is fast pickup after sitting at a light for 5 minutes. I want to be pinned to my seat. I tried a Nissan 350 Z. Dam that baby pinned me but I like the layout of the S2000 and boxster better. Also I feel a nice car is important for my business to show my clients that my company is doing very well. I think the Porsche would be the best for this reason but I love the way the honda looks. So I need fast acceleration and a car that is very showwy for business reasons. let me know

Neither will pin you in your seat. I've found that a lot of girls like the look of the boxster, but at the same time a lot guys will feel that it's a chick car. The Boxster has more torque, but if you keep the S2000 close to redline you will get better acceleration. Keeping the S2000 in low to mid rpms you will suffer.

I don't see how any of these cars will make your buisness look good

If you think the 350Z pinned you to the seat, then you obvioulsy haven't driven a Z06...or a C5 even for that matter. YOu are looking in the wrong place if you want neck snapping accleration.

I drove the porsche a week ago and I was sold...!
In the second week of Januari I will pick it up at the dealer.
But I never did run the S2000. I did tell myself; for once inyour live you must own a Porsche.
