My 1995 honda accord ex's terrible acceleration PLEASE TAKING ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Yo check this out i got a 1995 honda accord exand i really wanna get alot of acceleration cause the accel on my car is terrible the 0-60 is like 9.5 seconds and my moms ford explorers has a faster 0-60 it's a disgrace does any one know what can totaly change that i was thinking bout a cold air intake but i don't know how much time that would take off and probably a muffler system but does any body think a h22 swap would be better or a turbo or any other i deas that can entirely change the 0-60 on this car i was just gonna try to fing the best engine i could and just stick it ijn there but i really don't know

Basic bolt-ons won't do much of anything, go with a swap or turbo.
