1997 Regal GS S/C belt snapped, ok to drive w/o it?

i have a 1997 regal gs the s/c belt snapped....i removed all belt fragments and started the car...seems to run fine...is it ok to drive it w/o belt for a few days...any input?

Yes its OK, however, I would seriously get the SC belt replaced as soon as possible unless you enjoy what amounts to driving a Regal LS.

BTW - I prefer driving my Regal GS over my wife's LS.

thanks BNAYLOR...A/C compressor is being put in on Friday and need to replace both the S/C pulley and S/C belt.I want to make sure the compressor doesnt leak again so i wont damage S/C parts.

P.S the regal GS w/o S/C still has some pep to it, but is no comparison to the supercharger
