Battery lght issue

I think I am going crazy...someone help.

I was having a problem with my battery light coming on for a day or two and then my cavalier just died. Thinking it was the battery, I replaced it. Then when I checked the voltage, I realized that it was the alternator. So then I replaced that. Finally, I checked the battery with the voltometer after I installed the new alternator, and it was fine (14.22). But now, two days later, the light came on again! What the hell is going on? Anybody have an idea? It would be greatly appreciated.
