need some help...

I have recently bought a 93 del sol si and I am having some problems with my car... I was wondering if anyone can help me with the problems I am encourtering...
First: When I am breaking at around 20 mphs for the stop light the rpms seems to just from 1000 to 1,200-1,400 and it makes the car move a little like it seems to be nudging? Is there something I can do to fix that problem or do I have to take my car into the dealership to fix that?
Also: the car leaks from the dome light? when you open your doors the light goes on right.. but when I wash my car it leaks... I am not sure if it is cause the little metal picece on the top of the car is missing? its the small little rectangular piece that is the size of your index and middle finger... or could there be some other problem?
Lastly: Does anyone know how to take the rear bumper off the car?
Your help is greatly apprecited...

Steve

Re: need some help...

1. Welcome to the world of power brakes. Your car's an auto, right? Yeah.. they do that. The power brakes change the engine speed just like turning the steering wheel does.

2. put the metal part back on. leak will go away.

3. www.teamdelsolwa.com/howto.html

Presto.
