Well....I settled.
Sadly.
Ordered the heads for the 402 today. Another step closer. I got a GREAT deal on a set of Patriot LS6 Stage 2 heads. I have heard Patriot has has their issues worked out, so we will see. Flow just gets to 300cfm at .600 lift, and that was a requirement for any heads I was going to buy. Should still be enough to make 475 RWHP or so. I hope. Maybe tune it closer to 500. This guy has roughly the same set-up I will be having. Mine should idle roughly like that.  Click here to see VideoHere are the exact heads, and flowchart.

You know what I do when I am in the I can't afford the best parts bin right now. I buy what I can and then later sell the part I bought and put in the extra cash to upgrade. Fortunetly performance parts like heads, headers and posi's just to name a few hold there value pretty good in the resale market.

If you got them for much cheaper than they are worth, I think the 20-25 RWHP is kinda worth it. Cause then you can use it for something else!
