It seems a bit high. How many miles are on it and what else is done to it besides the lift and lockers?

Miles are really important. What transmission does it have. Also, does it have the Dana 20 rear end or the dana 44. The 20 has 2 price axles, and I'd be scared to drive 33 inch tires on a dana 20 rear end. Have a qualified mechanic check the front end over closely. The ball joints are a little tricky to check on those jeeps. Good luck
