Front end noise

Hi, need some advice again. I have a 97 Voyager. Noise is progressively getting worse in right front wheel. Only noticeable when backing up with wheels turned to the right. What do I have there that would be creating these noises?

What is there? Ball joints? Universal? Drive shaft?

How big of a job would it be to repair it myself?
