spoiler removal

i was trying to take off my spoiler the other day and the bolts that hold it on have theese rounded nits and i cant get them off. i cant fit a pair of pliers in cause the hole is too small. is there anyone who has took one off a 90 gts who can tell me how you did it. anyone have any ideas? thanks

Nits??? Can you get a pic, I have had mine off my gt probably 4 times and don't know of nits. Mine has a screw on either side that are hidden by the 3rd pieces, and one bolt on the inside of the trunk.

nuts not nits lol i can get the side pieces off easily. but there are 4 bolts inside the trunk under the panels thet have theese cone shaped nuts on them and i cant get to them?

Wow, mine's only got one. Probably explains why when my subs hit it rattles like none other. If you can post some pics of the bolts my mechanic friend might have an idea.

I haven't tried yet, but I am guessing there are more, because it is a lot stabler than the one on my gt. I will try to look this weekend.

i got it off the nuts were not cone shaped they just looked like it cause theyre deep in there and hard to see. i got them with some needlenose pliers. thanks for ur ghelp.
