replacing heads, clean or replace injectors?

replacing heads . while i am there, should i clean or replace injectors, 94 ford , 5.8 140,000 miles? life expectancy of injectors? they click loudly, is this normal? replace injector fuel regulator also?

I would not waste the time or monay on the injectors, nor on the pressure regulator unless it is leaking.

since about 1991 all mfgrs have used "deposit resistant" injectors, and unless you have some very unusual problem, they should NEVER need cleaning.
